THE MOMENT

This luxury body wash base has been designed to provide a lovely, superior lather and has been formulated using a gentle surfactant and skin enhancing ingredients. It's perfectly PH balanced to soothe and clean even the most sensitive skin, and is made from ingredients deriving from 80% coconut, so it moisturises your skin too.

Pomelo is the most divine citrus of them all. The sourness of grapefruit but paired back just a touch, then we blended it with Jasmine to enhance the sweetness and give some depth. It's a heavenly way to start your day.

ABOUT OUR BODY PRODUCTS

We created these products as an alternative to commercial equivalents, with all their additives and irritants. Our products use the highest quality, non-gmo natural components. Tested on humans, not animals. Suitable for vegans.

Free from Parabens, MineralOil, Phthalates, Formaldehyde, Palm Oil, PEGs and SLS.

INGREDIENTS

Purified Water, Cocomide Diethanolamine, Cocoamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamine Oxide,  Sodium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate, Sodium Cocosulphate, Glycerine, Sodium Citrate, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance.

Whilst there are lots of irritants in commercial products, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) is one that upsets our skin a lot. You'll see a similar named ingredient in its place, ALS, which does the same function but with considerably less or no irritation, as it has much larger and heavier molecules which can't penetrate our skin like SLS.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

You can exchange a product due to change of mind within 30 days of it being dispatched by us, providing it's unused and in resaleable condition. Please note shipping costs for the return and resend are at your expense, with the resend charged based on the weight of the parcel using our integrated logistics company calculator. The re-postage cost may be less than what you initially paid depending on what your initial order included and how many of those items are being exchanged.

  • Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received.
  • We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.
  • If you would like to return an item, please email info@candlemonster.com.au  with your order number and details of the return or exchange.
RETURNS FOR REFUND

Returns for refund follow the same process as above, with the addition that the money will be processed onto the credit/debit card or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.

ENJOYMENT GUARANTEE

By purchasing one of our candles, we acknowledge the expected experience you have using our product. Great care is taken making my finery, but if for some reason it's not meeting your expectations I'll replace it with an alternative product.

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

We are currently experiencing an increased demand to Online Orders. We are fulfilling orders within one to two business days, however the increased demand on the postal and courier networks is resulting in longer than usual delivery times. Sendle will almost always be significantly faster than Australia Post. We are available for all questions you may have, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via our contact us form found here. Your understanding is appreciated as we all adjust to this ever changing situation that is the new normal for the time being.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout time based on weight, volume and your address. Both companies have pros and cons, so we present both and let you choose the cheapest.

SENDLE COURIER DELIVERY

Most of our shipments are delivered via a courier network brokered through Sendle. Their shipping rates are sensational, as is their service. It's hard to believe, but they run a fully carbon offset service and have since the first day they started operating. Sustainability is important to us. If you're not home when they deliver your parcel, they will leave you a card and drop your parcel at a nearby newsagent or petrol station for you to collect. So convenient. One drawback, Sendle cannot ship to P.O boxes, so you will have to choose Australia Post at checkout time.

AUSTRALIA POST

Whilst we rarely use Australia Post due to their costs, we still present them as an option, as in some cases where people live in regional areas away from major cites and towns, Sendle can be expensive.

LOCAL DELIVERY

This is a new feature in Shopify. We offer free local delivery for orders over $30 within a 5km radius from North Fitzroy. If you choose this option, we will contact you after the order has been placed to determine a time that suits.
