My returns policy is really simple.
I want you to love my products.
I want you to enjoy my service.
I want you to tell your friends about my business.
If something is getting in the way of any of those three things, we need to sort it out, and preferably quickly....
But I can't sort it out unless you let me know. You can reach out via the contact form. We ask that you reach out to have the issue resolved within 30 days of purchase.
By purchasing one of our candles, we acknowledge the expected experience you have using our product. Great care is taken making my finery, but if for some reason it's not meeting your expectations I'll replace it with an alternative product.
If your purchase is faulty in any way, and you've followed the guidelines on the insert inside your box, which are also available on this page, I'll exchange it for a new one.
