Re-use your beautiful diffuser glassware by refreshing it with a refill kit that has both the minimum cost to you, and waste generated. We designed these things together to fix a big problem in the market. It also gives you freedom to explore our highly curated fragrances - lots of pleasure waiting to be discovered!

Free from Parabens and Phthalates.
All our diffusers use a base of Dipropylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether, into which we blend in measured quantities of high quality fragrances. We use laboratory grade glassware, stirring rods and infrared heat measurement to ensure ratios aren't exceeded and our quality standards are met.

Refilling with the same fragrance, you can just pour it in.
Swapping in a new fragrance, we recommend washing the glassware first to ensure purity of the new one.
Lusting after something new midway, the diffuser has a small spout, so if you want to change it over before its finished, you can carefully pour it back into the silver pouch we shipped the liquid in for storage.
Each time you switch it's best to use new reeds, which we sell separately too just in case.
- Combustible liquid. Keep away from flames and hot surfaces. No smoking. In case of fire: Use fine water spray, normal foam, dry agent (carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder) to extinguish. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool.
- Diffuser liquid can stain surfaces if left too long, if you have a spill, be a petal and wipe it up immediately. If you spill the liquid on your skin wash the area immediately.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets. If swallowed call doctor immediately. If liquid makes contact with eyes, rinse with water. Seek medical help if necessary.
We have a simple 30 day return policy, and we genuinely want you to have the product that makes you happy. We can't bare the thought of someone not liking their purchase, and that sentiment remaining out in the world indefinitely. Please let us know, as if we know, we can sort it out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can exchange a product within 30 days of it being dispatched by us, providing it's unused and in resalable condition. Shipping costs for the return and resend are at your expense, with the resend charged based on the weight of the parcel using our integrated shipping calculator. Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received.
RETURN & REFUND
You can return a product for refund within 30 days of it being dispatched by us, providing it's unused and in resalable condition. Shipping costs for the return are at your expense. The refund will be processed onto the credit/debit card or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.
Faulty goods will be replaced swiftly after a bit of triage; we will definitely want some photos and a description of the fault sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the fault we will likely not require the item to be returned, and will just dispatch a replacement.
By purchasing one of our candles, we acknowledge the expected experience you have using our product. Great care is taken making our finery, but if for some reason it's not meeting your expectations I'll replace it with an alternative.
To start our return process, either call us, or email email@example.com with your order number and details of the return or exchange. When shipping goods back to us, a postage receipt with tracking details is advised, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.
We are a web only business and don't have a showroom; our studio is behind our home, which is our listed business address. Whilst we're sorry we can't let you come in and browse our range in person, but we do offer short notice kerbside pickup. Please call us to confirm then complete your order.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free local delivery for orders over $30 within a 5km radius from North Fitzroy. If you choose this option, we will contact you after the order has been placed to determine a delivery time that suits.
By default, most of our shipments are delivered via courier networks brokered via Sendle. Their shipping rates are sensational, as is their service. They run a fully carbon offset service and have since they launched. If you're not home when they deliver, they leave you a card with the details then drop your parcel at a nearby newsagent or petrol station for you to collect. Sendle will not ship to P.O boxes, so you must use Australia Post.
Whilst we rarely use Australia Post due to their costs, we still present them as an option, as in some cases where people live in regional areas away from major cites and towns, Sendle can be expensive. AusPosts Express post service is offered as an option too, which is great for those last minute gifts.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume and delivery. Both companies have pros and cons, so we present them all and let you choose your preferred option.
Australia wide including capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas takes 1-5 business days. Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory takes 1-10 business days. New Zealand takes 10-16 business days.
We ship internationally via Sendle and the remote major post carrier for the fastest and most reliable service. The shipping fee will be calculated after the shipping address input at checkout.
