Ultima Thule Rain Votive
By Iittala of Finland
Inspired by the melting ice in Lapland, Tapio Wirkkala originally created the surface of Ultima Thule in the 1960s after carving into a graphic mould. An exclusive design reflecting the thousands of hours spent perfecting the glass-blowing technique required to produce the effect. These come in clear, smoke grey, and rain blue.
THE PERFECT ACCENT
Use them as a centrepiece on your dining table, or mantelpiece, or just to dial up the ambiance in your lounge on a weeknight for night for no real reason. Three or more scattered around a room at different heights creates a stunning effect.
We also sell clear walled tealights which maximise brightness in votives, as the light comes out from all directions.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free local delivery for orders over $30 within a 5km radius from North Fitzroy. If you choose this option, we will contact you after the order has been placed to determine a delivery time that suits.
By default, most of our shipments are delivered via courier networks brokered via Sendle. Their shipping rates are sensational, as is their service. They run a fully carbon offset service and have since they launched. If you're not home when they deliver, they leave you a card with the details then drop your parcel at a nearby newsagent or petrol station for you to collect. Sendle will not ship to P.O boxes, so you must use Australia Post.
Whilst we rarely use Australia Post due to their costs, we still present them as an option, as in some cases where people live in regional areas away from major cites and towns, Sendle can be expensive. AusPosts Express post service is offered as an option too, which is great for those last minute gifts.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume and delivery. Both companies have pros and cons, so we present them all and let you choose your preferred option.
Australia wide including capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas takes 1-5 business days. Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory takes 1-10 business days. New Zealand takes 10-16 business days.
We ship internationally via Sendle and the remote major post carrier for the fastest and most reliable service. The shipping fee will be calculated after the shipping address input at checkout.
