OVAL TOOL TRAY

These gorgeous oval trays are the piece de-resistance for your candle ritual, giving you the perfect place to park your wick trimmer, snuffer and lighter (or matches) when not in use. Gone is the need to hide your accessories in the drawer! This allows you to keep them out next to your candle on display, whilst protecting your surface from wax or wick trimmings.

    SNUFFER

    Snuffers are a convenient and safe way to simply and immediately completely extinguish a burning candle. The bell stops more oxygen from getting to the flame forcing it to go out. Snuffers prevent stop the candle from smoking, as it does when blown out.

      WICK TRIMMER

      Maximising the burn time of your candles means trimming your wick to around 0.5cm after each use. Getting a pair of scissors in there can be quick difficult, these purpose made candle trimmers make it easy and safe.

      WICK ADJUSTER

      Wick adjusters, or dippers as they're sometimes called, are the perfect multi-purpose tool for the candle owner. Typically they're used to adjust your wick, or as an alternate method of extinguishing by dipping the wick under the wax. It can also be used to clean the edge of the vessel and to tidy any stray wax which can interfere with the flame.

        RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

        You can exchange a product due to change of mind within 30 days of it being dispatched by us, providing it's unused and in resaleable condition. Please note shipping costs for the return and resend are at your expense, with the resend charged based on the weight of the parcel using our integrated logistics company calculator. The re-postage cost may be less than what you initially paid depending on what your initial order included and how many of those items are being exchanged.

        • Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received.
        • We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.
        • If you would like to return an item, please email info@candlemonster.com.au  with your order number and details of the return or exchange.
        RETURNS FOR REFUND

        Returns for refund follow the same process as above, with the addition that the money will be processed onto the credit/debit card or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.

        By purchasing one of our candles, we acknowledge the expected experience you have using our product. Great care is taken making my finery, but if for some reason it's not meeting your expectations I'll replace it with an alternative product.

        COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

        We are currently experiencing an increased demand to Online Orders. We are fulfilling orders within one to two business days, however the increased demand on the postal and courier networks is resulting in longer than usual delivery times. Sendle will almost always be significantly faster than Australia Post. We are available for all questions you may have, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via our contact us form found here. Your understanding is appreciated as we all adjust to this ever changing situation that is the new normal for the time being.

        SHIPPING COSTS

        Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout time based on weight, volume and your address. Both companies have pros and cons, so we present both and let you choose the cheapest.

        SENDLE COURIER DELIVERY

        Most of our shipments are delivered via a courier network brokered through Sendle. Their shipping rates are sensational, as is their service. It's hard to believe, but they run a fully carbon offset service and have since the first day they started operating. Sustainability is important to us. If you're not home when they deliver your parcel, they will leave you a card and drop your parcel at a nearby newsagent or petrol station for you to collect. So convenient. One drawback, Sendle cannot ship to P.O boxes, so you will have to choose Australia Post at checkout time.

        AUSTRALIA POST

        Whilst we rarely use Australia Post due to their costs, we still present them as an option, as in some cases where people live in regional areas away from major cites and towns, Sendle can be expensive.

        LOCAL DELIVERY

        This is a new feature in Shopify. We offer free local delivery for orders over $30 within a 5km radius from North Fitzroy. If you choose this option, we will contact you after the order has been placed to determine a time that suits.
