Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout time based on weight, volume and your address. Both companies have pros and cons, so we present both and let you choose the cheapest.
SENDLE COURIER DELIVERY
Most of our shipments are delivered via a courier network brokered through Sendle. Their shipping rates are sensational, as is their service. It's hard to believe, but they run a fully carbon offset service and have since the first day they started operating. Sustainability is important to us. If you're not home when they deliver your parcel, they will leave you a card and drop your parcel at a nearby newsagent or petrol station for you to collect. So convenient. One drawback, Sendle cannot ship to P.O boxes, so you will have to choose Australia Post at checkout time.
Whilst we rarely use Australia Post due to their costs, we still present them as an option, as in some cases where people live in regional areas away from major cites and towns, Sendle can be expensive.
PICK-UP IN PERSON
This should be pre-arranged, but is definitely on offer. Before you hit the 'checkout' button, there is a text field titled 'special instructions for seller', put a note to me in here on how you want to do the logistics. Choosing this option adds no shipping costs to the order, and lets you complete the transaction via credit card through the site, so please finalise the order and payment on-line.
